Apartment Renovation - Orakei
In 1992 a two-storey penthouse apartment was built on top of the original two apartments built in 1967. We were asked by the new owners to renovate all the apartments. This included the addition of a swimming pool, outdoor entertainment area, and motor court for the top apartment.
